Welcome to SevaCenter (sevacenter.in). By accessing our website, utilizing our automated drafting utilities, or completing any payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of the Platform & Service Description
SevaCenter is an independent, self-service technological documentation utility operated by the Sole Proprietorship firm Shri Basava Solutions, Bengaluru, Karnataka. The platform provides automated drafting tools and standardized financial and business document templates (including Detailed Project Reports for Mudra and PMEGP schemes) based entirely on data inputted by the user.

2. No Chartered Accountancy or Legal Counsel
SevaCenter is not a Chartered Accountancy firm, legal practice, financial institution, or corporate advisory body. The service does not provide formal chartered accountant audit certifications, statutory attestations, financial guarantees, or customized legal representation.

3. Automated & Algorithmic Drafting Notice
Calculations, financial projections (such as 3-year P&L, balance sheet projections, break-even thresholds, and Debt Service Coverage Ratios), and document drafts are assembled through automated algorithmic and computational tools based on variables supplied directly by the applicant. While projections follow standard financial estimation norms, SevaCenter makes no express or implied warranty regarding the computational infallibility, mathematical precision, or suitability of generated files for every specific bank branch or underwriter.

4. No Guarantee of Loan Approval or Sanction
SevaCenter is strictly a document drafting aid. The approval, sanction, interest rate, and disbursement of any credit facility, loan (Mudra Shishu, Kishore, Tarun), or government subsidy (PMEGP) remain solely and exclusively at the independent discretion of the concerned lending bank, regional rural bank, NBFC, or government nodal authority. SevaCenter guarantees neither loan sanction nor approval timelines. The rejection or delay of a loan application by any bank or authority does not constitute a defect in our service and provides no valid ground for damages, claims, chargebacks, or disputes against SevaCenter or Shri Basava Solutions.

5. User Responsibility & Verification
Users bear sole responsibility for verifying all numbers, turnover estimates, machinery costs, raw material breakdowns, and identity declarations prior to submitting any document to financial institutions or government desks. Users are strongly advised to seek independent chartered accountant (CA) or certified financial counsel for complex, statutory, or audited loan requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, under no circumstances shall SevaCenter, Shri Basava Solutions, its proprietor, affiliates, or technical partners be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of business profits, loan denial, operational interruptions, or loss of business opportunity) arising out of the use, inability to use, or reliance upon reports generated by this platform. In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of SevaCenter for any claim or dispute shall strictly not exceed the actual fee paid by the user for the specific generation (i.e., a maximum of ₹499).

7. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All platform branding, layout, calculation schemas, and user interfaces are the intellectual property of Shri Basava Solutions. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the single customized PDF report generated for their legitimate personal business loan application. Reselling, bulk redistributing, or reverse-engineering platform logic or templates is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms, their interpretation, and any disputes arising out of the use of SevaCenter shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. The competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings, claims, or arbitration arising under or in connection with these terms.

9. Modifications to Service
SevaCenter reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior individual notice. Continued access or use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
