Shri Basava Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operating the SevaCenter platform (sevacenter.in), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and financial details you share when accessing our services. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, encrypted, utilized, and safeguarded.

1. Information We Collect
When you use our self-service desks or apply for an automated project report, we collect only the information strictly necessary to compute and render your documents:
• Identity & Contact Data: Applicant name, WhatsApp contact number, and email address.
• Enterprise & Project Data: Proposed unit name, business category, nature of operations, plant and machinery values, working capital estimates, and projected turnover figures.
• Transaction Information: Order reference IDs, transaction timestamps, payment method type (UPI/Card/Netbanking), and payment status communicated via our authorized payment aggregator. Note: SevaCenter never collects, views, or stores your debit/credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or netbanking passwords.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Collected data is used exclusively to:
• Calculate computational ratios (such as DSCR, Current Ratio, and Break-Even Points) and render your bank-compliant PDF dossier.
• Dispatch your generated report and receipt via secure email and WhatsApp.
• Provide transaction support, order recovery, and grievance assistance.
• Comply with statutory accounting, GST documentation, and financial recordkeeping requirements under Indian law.

3. Bank-Grade 256-Bit Data Security & Architecture
All information transmitted across SevaCenter is protected via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) utilizing 256-bit cryptographic encryption. Data entered into our intake forms travels directly through encrypted secure sockets, preventing third-party packet sniffing, tampering, or man-in-the-middle interception. Our hosting architecture is actively patched and audited to defend against unauthorized database access.

4. Strict Non-Disclosure & Anti-Spam Policy
We maintain a strict zero-leak policy:
• We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade applicant phone numbers, email addresses, or business data to third-party telemarketing companies, lead aggregators, or private lenders.
• Your data is shared strictly with essential operational third-party processors: our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway partner (Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.) for payment processing, and our transactional messaging and mail APIs for delivering your purchased document.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
We retain user intake records for a limited duration to facilitate re-downloads, verify customer claims, and satisfy mandatory tax audit standards. Users have the right to request the permanent deletion or anonymization of their project records once their report has been successfully fulfilled by submitting an email request to selfzen23@gmail.com.
